I am blaming it on Regan. If we'd listened to Carter in his cardigan after the Oil Embargo and followed through on finding alternative energy sources then, we would not be in this mess today.

Gas prices have reached an all new outrageous high! Over $80 for about 22 gallons of gas! All the more reason to ride the scooter when I can.
