Good Samaritan Take Two

Last winter I had a Good Samaritan visit the Shamrock, they pushed back the never ending snow around my house. Last time they came I publicly thanked them via my blog and said that if I knew who they were I would thank them with some baked goods. Either the Good Samaritan didn't hear about my blog, or they don't like baked goods. It seems that this mystery Good Samaritan came by today and again pushed back the snow. I am so happy to have the snow banks pushed back, this makes room for more snow dumping. You can also see a bit of my stair railing leading to the dock sticking out of the snow. Please, if anyone knows who this amazingly kind person is, please let me know so that I can correctly thank them.

SJ's Good Deed Of The Day!

On my way into school today Weather Boy was in front of me. Ironically, Rach followed me into school yesterday. Weather Boy parked his truck and went into the building like he does every morning. I parked in my usual spot, and as I started into the building I noticed that Weather Boy had left his lights on. Being the Good Samaritan that I am, I went over to his truck, hoped that the door was unlocked (who in Maine locks them anyway?), and turned them off for him. Not only did I do my good deed for my fellow RVB/colleague, but I also saved him the headache of a drained battery later in the day. I caught up with him in the building to informed him that I was most likely going to blog about the entire event since I was a little short of material for today. Every little bit helps each that 365 blog post, as well as being kind to others.

Thank You Good Samaritan

Maybe Mother Nature doesn't hate me - she sent a Good Samaritan out to my house on Friday! This wonderful person, whoever they are pushed back the snowbanks around my mailbox and across the street where I put all of my snow. I don't know who this person is, but they defiantly earned some cookies or whoopie pies from SJ's kitchen. So if anyone know who this mystery person is please let me know so that I can properly thank them.
