Skywatch!

More sky from the parking lot of the new elementary school. There was an a amazing view on the drive up the road to the school where the sun was shining in rays up from behind the mountain filtering through the ice covered trees. Tried to take a few shots of it, but sometimes the camera just can't capture everything.

Enjoy ~SJ

That's a beautiful shot.

About my moon pictures - I actually got too much light when I used the night setting and turned the ISO down to 200. I balanced the camera against the door of the car and held my breath. I think I was turning blue but in the dark, I couldn't see whatever color my face was!

Wow, so much snow. We just get freezing cold weather. :-(

Lovely shot!

Great shot! I should start bringing my camera all the time. I see the same view every morning myself :)

This photo is so beautiful. Such a contrast to the scenery we get down here in Florida. Happy Skywatch Friday:)

Wow that is such a nice serene winter shot. I love when the pink hues come out in winter pictures, I feel they make the scene look more gentle and pleasant (as if we didn't know how cold it really is out there) :)
